About this opportunity

The Department of Homeland Security's Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) is seeking industry support for its Enterprise Engineering and Operations Support Services (CEEOSS) requirement. CISA plans to host an industry day on January 12, 2024 to provide an overview of the draft Statement of Work and solicit feedback from interested contractors. The CEEOSS requirement involves providing expertise in areas such as technology evaluation and integration, enterprise architecture and strategy development, technical solutions engineering and implementation, operations and maintenance support, and program/project management. CISA will accept capability statements from interested businesses by January 22, 2024.

This acquisition is not set-aside and the current incumbent is Sev1Tech LLC under the existing Task Order 70RCSJ23FR0000001. The recompete includes an increase in scope due to changes in CISA's mission and priorities, such as the Cyber Incident Reporting for Critical Infrastructure Act of 2022. While specific budget or contract value details were not provided, the performance period will be a one-year base with three one-year options. Quotes from interested vendors are due in May 2024 and award is expected in July/August 2024.
