The base contract includes firm fixed-price manufacturing of two circuit cards, one-time engineering support and setup costs, and component sourcing for two card sets. Three option line items cover manufacture of up to fifteen additional cards, component sourcing for up to fifteen additional cards, and non-recurring engineering for Government-requested changes. A 60-calendar-day delivery schedule applies from date of award. All quoted unit prices must include shipping. Acceptance is determined via visual inspection at NSWC Crane with Mary Bradley as the inspection/acceptance contact. The contract requires DFARS 252.211-7003 compliance (DoD unique identification), CMMC Level 2 certification, and buy American requirements. NAICS code is 334418; PSC code is 5998.
