About this opportunity

The Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime is soliciting offers for circuit card assemblies, classified under NAICS 334412 (Bare Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing) and PSC 5998 (Electrical and Electronic Assemblies, Boards, Cards, and Associated Hardware). This fixed-price procurement includes inspection and acceptance requirements for supplies, with contractual documents to be issued via mail, facsimile, or electronic commerce methods upon government acceptance of the contractor's proposal. Key requirements include the provision of drawings or technical data, compliance with military specifications and standards, and specification of any exceptions to solicitation requirements when submitting quotes via EDI. Offerors who are not manufacturers must identify the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and applicable cage code and part number for the material being offered. The solicitation was posted on November 28, 2025, with a stated due date of December 5, 2025, though a notice indicates the solicitation is not actually scheduled to close on that date, requiring potential offerors to verify the accurate deadline.

This procurement carries no set-aside designation and is not restricted to small businesses. The solicitation includes a Notice of Priority Rating for National Defense, Emergency Preparedness, and Energy Program use, indicating national defense significance. Specific award values, quantities, and delivery timelines are not clearly delineated in the available documentation, though the solicitation references both annual representations and certifications and an option for increased quantity, suggesting flexibility in contract scope. Payment will be processed through the Wide Area Workflow system based on invoice and receiving reports. Place of performance and other specific numerical details regarding quantities or performance timelines are not fully detailed in the posted notice, and interested contractors should obtain complete solicitation documents to understand all contractual terms and delivery requirements.
