About this opportunity

The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command intends to procure circuit card assemblies under a Total Small Business set-aside, with a solicitation expected by May 14, 2026. The requirement is for manufacture or repair of NSN 7H-5998-016566381-GL (TDP version 002, reference number 6570465-002) in a quantity of 37 units, with deliveries to various destinations. This procurement carries a sole-source or limited-competition intent due to specialized test and inspection facility requirements; the specification notes that ultra-precision manufacturing or repair demands dedicated facilities to determine and maintain quality for system integrity, and that valid acceptance/receiving and material condition codes are 3, 4, or 5. The source material indicates the Government may not solicit competitively if reliable test or inspection knowledge cannot be documented for other manufacturers, or if required physical facilities and processes cannot be economically captured in the technical data package. Prospective small businesses may access Military and Federal Specifications, Qualified Products Lists, and related standards through the DoD Single Stock Point (DODSSP) via ASSIST-Online at http://quicksearch.dla.mil/, or by contacting the ASSIST Help Desk at 215-697-2667 or 215-697-2179 (DSN 442-2667). Technical drawings and deviation lists are not available through DODSSP and must be obtained separately.
