About this opportunity

The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command is seeking to procure 2 units of circuit card assemblies under NSN 1H-5998-016581823-VN, TDP VER 006. The items will be delivered to two DLA Distribution locations: New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA. The government has complete rights to the technical data package with no restrictions on technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing, making this procurement eligible for full and open competition. Award will only be made to offerors who meet qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. Interested parties have until July 31, 2025 to respond to this pre-solicitation notice, and commercial item providers have 15 days from the notice date to express their interest and capability to the contracting officer.

This opportunity is designated as a Total Small Business set-aside, restricting competition to qualified small business concerns. The procurement involves a quantity of 2 units with delivery split between two distribution centers on the East and West coasts. No current contractors or incumbents are specifically identified in the notice. The solicitation references that A/RMCs 1 or 2 are valid, and the procurement is subject to Free Trade Agreements and World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement provisions if the corresponding DFARS clauses are included. Based on the government's market research, this acquisition will not utilize FAR Part 12 commercial item procedures, though commercial providers may still express interest within the specified timeframe.
