About this opportunity

The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command is seeking to procure 50 circuit card assemblies (NSN 7H-5998-012584278-GL) for repair and modification. The proposed contract will be negotiated under FAR 6.302-1, which allows for single-source procurement. The government does not currently own the data rights for this part and has determined it would be uneconomical to purchase such rights or reverse engineer the component. Proposals will be evaluated based on the offeror's ability to meet qualification requirements at the time of award, as specified in FAR clause 52.209-1.

The delivery location is specified as DLA Distribution in New Cumberland, PA. While no specific award value is mentioned, the procurement involves 50 units of a specialized circuit card assembly. The solicitation is subject to potential Free Trade Agreements and may involve additional compliance requirements under DFARS clauses related to Buy American Act and international trade agreements. Contractors interested in responding should be prepared to demonstrate their capability to manufacture or provide the exact specification of the circuit card assembly, with additional technical documentation available through the DoD Single Stock Point and ASSIST-Online resources.
