The solicitation is subject to potential Free Trade Agreements and Buy American Act provisions, as indicated by potential DFARS clauses 252.225-7036 and 252.225-7021. While specific award value is not disclosed, the procurement involves a precise technical requirement for a specialized electronic component in the Defense sector. Delivery will be to the W25G1U, W1A8 DLA Distribution facility, with the induction NIIN detailed as 7H, 5998, 012584155. Interested parties have 15 days to identify their capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item, and the government will use market research to evaluate potential sources. The proposed contract appears to be a technical, specialized procurement with specific manufacturing and repair specifications.
