Posted on August 28, 2025, with a due date of September 12, 2025, this notice is set aside for total small business participation under NAICS code 562910 and PSC category B510. The BPA is specifically composed of small businesses, some operating under collective teaming agreements, with exactly 10 businesses currently eligible to receive the solicitation. Call Orders will be issued via email to companies listed on the existing BPA, and any changes to Call Order RFQs will also be communicated through email to the same group of pre-qualified businesses. The notice emphasizes that participation is limited to those companies already established on the BPA, indicating this is a restricted competition within a pre-qualified pool of small business contractors. The work falls under remediation services and environmental assessment analysis, suggesting the audit involves environmental compliance or remediation evaluation activities.
