About this opportunity
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) intends to negotiate and award a sole-source purchase order for the procurement of cable television and internet service from Charter Communications Holdings LLC, doing business as Spectrum. The address for these services is 290 Broadway, 6th Floor, New York, NY 10007. The Government intends to procure this requirement under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as Spectrum is the only vendor that offers both television and internet service at the noted service address, and CFTC knows of no alternative source that can meet the requirements. The Government will consider written responses from all responsible sources received by 5:00pm ET, March 28, 2024, but no formal solicitation package is available.
This pre-solicitation notice does not indicate the use of any set-asides. The NAICS and PSC codes are not provided. Spectrum is the only potential incumbent or current contractor identified. The Government anticipates awarding a purchase order for one year of service, but the value of the contract is not specified. The quantity of goods or services required is also not detailed.
