Both retreat types must offer at least three different recreational activities available for all ages—such as horseback riding, zip lining, ropes courses, indoor rock walls, and paintball—excluding group sporting activities. The contractor shall maintain professional staff during all retreat hours to ensure safety and accommodate diverse faith groups. Retreats require 30 days' advance notice, with emergency scheduling possible at 14 days' notice. The contractor must submit monthly activity reports by the fifth business day of each month and develop a Quality Control Plan covering inspection procedures, defect identification and prevention, corrective actions, and employee retention, with the initial plan due within ten days of award.
