The government will not be conducting a competitive solicitation, though interested parties may identify their capabilities in response to the notice. The due date for this opportunity is May 20, 2025, and the posted date was June 5, 2025.

The solicitation does not have a specific set-aside designation and will be performed in Stratford, CT. The contract falls under NAICS category 336413 for Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing, with a Product Service Code (PSC) of 1520 for Rotary Wing Aircraft. While no specific award value is disclosed, the procurement is specifically for Sikorsky as the exclusive contractor. Subcontracting opportunities are available, with interested parties directed to contact Jason Lockwood at jason.lockwood@lmco.com. The procurement is being conducted by a defense agency, specifically the Department of the Navy Naval Air Systems Command, and is authorized under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) to ensure the most technically qualified source completes the required engineering effort.
