Work must begin within 30 days of award and be completed within one year, with a winter exclusion clause requiring all roof areas to be made watertight if completion cannot occur before winter. The contractor must provide evidence of successful Wyoming roofing installations with specified materials and submit qualifications prior to award. All work carries a 20-year warranty against workmanship and material failure.
Evaluation criteria are Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price, with award intended without discussions. A mandatory site visit will be detailed in the RFP. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov.
