About this opportunity
This Special Notice from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement announces their intent to solicit from a single source, Inseego North America, LLC, for cellular modem support services. ICE seeks to ensure continued connectivity to covert video networks that support criminal investigations through transmission and access to electronic surveillance data at remote locations.
The Notice provides details on the planned sole source contract award, valued at $122,100 annually for five years totaling $610,500, to Inseego for enterprise-level software, hardware support, and programming of broadband modem devices. Given Inseego's experience supporting these devices, ICE has determined only this contractor can provide the needed services without a lapse in ongoing investigations and in a manner that does not compromise agent safety. Interested parties have until August 15th to submit any questions or concerns to the named Contract Specialist. The justification cites Inseego's unique qualifications from existing support as requiring a non-competitive award to this contractor.
