The expansion module must upgrade the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering's standalone system from 8-position to 16-position control modules while maintaining compatibility with existing computer, software, and cooling infrastructure. Deliverables include an 8-position control module, DMS-8 stirring base, PR-5010 pressure regulator for the aerobic system, oxygen regulator, water bath with 8 positioners and cover, anaerobic scrubbers supply kit, and all spare parts. Equipment delivery must occur within 45 days after purchase order receipt unless otherwise approved.
The contractor is responsible for complete on-site installation, hook-up, setup, and integration with the existing system, including 100 percent inspection and observation during setup, calibration checks, and post-integration confirmation on the original PF-8000. The contractor must provide on-site training to Government personnel on operation of the expanded system and deliver a one-year warranty covering all equipment excluding expendable supplies.
