About this opportunity
The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) is soliciting proposals for CDL RFE Assembly in repair and modification of aircraft parts and auxiliary equipment. The contract involves repair services for various aircraft assets with specific repair turnaround time (RTAT) requirements, targeting a 119-day completion period after asset receipt. Key contract objectives include accurate reporting of asset transactions within five business days and meeting established throughput constraints for monthly repairs. The solicitation is open until January 6, 2025, with an induction expiration date of 365 days after contract award. Contractors must provide a comprehensive repair approach that includes final government inspection and acceptance of all repaired assets.

The contract will utilize a firm fixed-price structure with a 12-month warranty period. Total monthly repair throughput will be negotiated, with an initial constraint potentially set at zero, indicating flexibility in asset volume. The place of performance will be the contractor's facility, where assets will be physically received, repaired, and prepared for government acceptance. Pricing will be directly tied to the contractor's ability to meet the specified 119-day repair turnaround time, with potential reconciliation modifications issued after final inspection and acceptance of all inducted assets.
