The SOF/RW - ROTARY WING is issuing a  Request for Proposal (RFP) for the procurement of technical support to the Special Operations Forces/Personnel Recovery (SOF/PR) and Rotary Wing System Program Office (RW/SPO) for executing Condition Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) and leveraging the Health and Usage Monitoring System (HUMS) for fleet management.  The CBM+ technical support includes field support, engineering analysis, program improvements and maturation, implementation and sustainment of relational databases, technical expertise, software tools, ground station hardware and software sustainment, onboard system software sustainment, failure assessments, and safety investigation support.  The System Program Office (SPO) manages HH-60G, HH-60W, MH-139A, TH-1H, and UH-1N weapon systems.

The effort will result in an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract and the will include a one year basic ordering period year and four one-year ordering periods.
