The 410th CSB, requires catered meals in support of United States Army South, Training Exercise near Quito, Ecuador. See Performance Work Statement (PWS) for more details. In order to be responsive, you should have a current or existing Food and Water Risk Assessment (FWRA) in place.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities,transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to deliver Catered Meals, bottled water, and ice services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property (GFP) and government furnished services (GFS). The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The contractor shall cook, package, and prepare food for transport, and transport food, bottled water and ice to the designated location as specified in the deliverables schedule of the PWS. Preparation of meals shall be primarily regionally/culturally specific. As part of the rotational menu, meals should include but are not limited to soups, salads, gravies, sauces, vegetables, meat, fish,poultry, puddings, gelatins, and other foods constituting a complete meal. Baked goods shall include: preparation of breads, rolls, quick breads, pies, cakes, pastries, icings, sauces, and glazes. Raw fruits and vegetables shall be thoroughly washed & disinfected prior to processing. Leftovers shall not, at any time, be utilized for future meals.
