The Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) Code 23's Regional Enforcement Action Capabilities Team (REACT) is seeking to procure 13 mission-critical cargo slide storage systems through the Naval Supply Systems Command. These storage systems are designed to support operational deployment for NCIS agents in the field by providing organized, secure, and immediate access to equipment in their assigned vehicles. The systems must span the full length of a 2025 F-250 with an 8-foot bed and feature a minimum 2-drawer lockable storage system, sliding tray system, multiple tie-down locations, and weather resistance capabilities. The contract will be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method under FAR Parts 12 and 13 procedures. Quotes are due by 10:00 AM EST on August 6, 2025, with all deliveries required to be completed by September 30, 2025.

This procurement is designated as a 100% Total Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 336390 (Other Motor Vehicle Parts Manufacturing). The storage systems must support a minimum load capacity of 1,250 pounds when extended and withstand varying environmental conditions across multiple deployment locations. The 13 units will be delivered to nine different NCIS field offices across the United States, including facilities in Quantico, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Camp Lejeune, Jacksonville, Corpus Christi, San Diego, Northwest, and Hawaii. The primary place of performance is listed as Quantico, Virginia, though the systems will ultimately support field operations at various locations nationwide. The solicitation does not identify any incumbent contractors or provide specific budget ranges for this procurement.
