The opportunity is set aside exclusively for small businesses, with potential for various small business subcategories such as HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, 8(a), or Women-Owned businesses. While no specific award value or budget range is currently disclosed, the pre-solicitation notice indicates this is a preliminary information-gathering phase to assess market capabilities. Contractors must be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM) to be considered, and the government is seeking to understand the market's capacity to fulfill these linen service requirements at Camp Shelby.
