About this opportunity

The Drug Enforcement Administration issued a sole-source justification notice on July 15, 2026, for a firm-fixed price purchase order awarding telecommunications services to Callyo 2009 Corp, 402 N. Division St., Carson City, Nevada 89703, on the basis that only one source is reasonably available under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The DEA will consider capability statements from any source capable of providing Callyo Services submitted by September 17, 2026 at 11:00 PM EST to Ameka Ali at ameka.ali@dea.gov. The Government reserves sole discretion to determine whether to open the requirement to competition based on responses received; this notice is not a request for proposal, and information will be evaluated only to inform the competitive decision. NAICS code 334220 applies. The DEA notes that a prior version of this notice solicited capability statements for Hangar/Office Rental services with an August 5, 2026 deadline; the current notice supersedes that scope and replaces the deadline with September 17, 2026 for Callyo Services capability statements.
