The contractor must deliver a comprehensive CDR solution based on Cisco Unified Communications Manager that provides 17 specific report types, customizable dashboards with drag-and-drop layouts, permissions-based access, notification alerts, and utilization charts. Key requirements include initial system installation and configuration support, technical staff training with written documentation, and ongoing customer support with a 48-hour response time standard. This is a Sources Sought notice posted on March 18, 2026, with responses due by April 3, 2026, to identify Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) capable of performing the work. This procurement is set aside under the Buy Indian Act for Indian Economic Enterprises (IEEs), with particular encouragement for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises to respond. The contract scope covers approximately 2,800 devices across ten IHS facilities in Oklahoma, including the Oklahoma City Area Office, Lawton Indian Hospital, and eight health centers. The period of performance is 12 months from award with four optional one-year renewal periods, providing a potential five-year engagement. Performance standards require 95% compliance for customer support and training delivery and 100% compliance for installation and configuration guidance. Respondents must demonstrate their System for Account Management (SAM) registration status, provide their UEI number, GSA Schedule information if applicable, and submit the Buy Indian Act Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form along with their capability statement.
