Key contract requirements include contractor personnel obtaining DBIDS card access to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, compliance with federal OSHA requirements, adherence to Norfolk Naval Shipyard OSHE Program Manual standards, and hazardous energy control procedures per NAVSEA Occupational Safety standards.
