Key contract requirements include compliance with applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions. The solicitation is expected to be released with the due date for proposals set for April 17, 2026, providing interested parties with adequate time to prepare their responses. Interested parties may access relevant Military and Federal Specifications, Standards, Qualified Products Lists, and other standardized documents through the DoD Single Stock Point or ASSIST-Online to support their bid preparation.

No specific budget range or award value is disclosed in this pre-solicitation notice, nor is any information regarding potential incumbents or current contractors provided. This pre-solicitation was originally posted on March 21, 2023, with the extended due date of April 17, 2026, indicating a lengthy procurement timeline.
