The contract requires delivery by September 26, 2025, to DLA Distribution at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. The solicitation incorporates numerous Federal Acquisition Regulation and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement clauses, including provisions for telecommunications equipment restrictions, supply chain security, and item unique identification requirements.
