The solicitation will include provision L09, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Procurex system and review the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: https//dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction.


This solicitation will contain an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be Total Small Business Set Aside. This item is a Critical Application item and Export Control applies. A Government First Article Test (FAT) is required. The NSN is 5995-01-406-8999. The total required delivery with the FAT is 481 days ARO and the production quantity delivery is 271 days ARO with FOB Destination; Inspection/Acceptance Origin. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) - 78 each.


The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
