Notice text

The purpose of this amendment is as follows:

1) Provide the VA responses to Technical Questions (Please see responses below)

Referring to Factor 2, where discipline lists plumbing, is a plumbing designer acceptable, or is the VA requesting a plumbing engineer?

Answer: Yes, a plumbing designer is acceptable as long as a Professional Engineer signs off.

If a plumbing designer is acceptable, will a plumbing engineer hold more weight in evaluation?

Answer: We will not tell firms how to organize teams. Review the scope requirements and organize your team how you feel it should be organized based on scope requirements. We will evaluate qualifications in accordance with the pre-solicitation notice.Â

Referring to Factor 1, what are the minimum and maximum # of projects to be included in section F?

Answer: There is no minimum or maximum number of projects for section F. There is a page limit for SF330 submissions.Â

What is the due date and time to submit questions in response to this RFQ?Â

Answer: There is no due date and time for questions. We will answer what we can based on time available.Â

Previous EHRM RFPs from PCAC have stated the following: Each page shall be in Arial or Times New Roman, size 12 font, single spaced. Will you allow Times New Roman as a font choice to allow teams to not have to go back and change all of their templates?

Answer: Yes, we will allow Times New Roman Font.
