About this opportunity
AFLCMC/WLN is hosting a virtual industry day on 16 June 2026 to solicit vendor feedback on the Draft RFP for the C-130H Formation Positioning System (FPS) replacement program ahead of Milestone-B planning. Vendors must RSVP and request one-on-one session slots by 8 June 2026. The event runs 0830–0930 EDT for the general session, followed by private 60-minute breakout sessions from 1000 EDT to 1700 EDT on a first-come, first-served basis. Each vendor receives approximately 20 minutes to present proposed solutions. AFLCMC is particularly interested in vendors' approach to achieving operational compatibility with the C-130J FPS, relevant experience with comparable development and integration efforts, and identification of any information needed from the Government. Vendors should also identify Advance Procurement funding requirements for EMD or Production and Deployment phases. All questions asked during one-on-one sessions will be documented, answered, and posted to sam.gov; proprietary data will be handled appropriately, and classified information must not be discussed. Interested vendors should send RSVPs and session requests to Aaron Christy at aaron.christy@us.af.mil, identifying up to five attendee names and email addresses.
