As a result, this temporary bridge extension is required to provide sufficient time to prevent a gap in performance until a new contract is competed and awarded. Incremental funds are available under FY13 program funds to support the necessary bridge extension, and any responses or inquiries to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition for this bridge priod will be advantageous to the Governmetn. Any responses are due by 12pm on June 14, 2013 and are to be sent to karen.king@ic.fbi.gov.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, as a solicitation is being prepared to compete this requirement.
