About this opportunity

The Naval Supply Systems Command Puget Sound is soliciting quotes for three Eaton Corporation Circuit Breakers, part number PDF53P0800E2MN, with offers due June 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM. This is a Women-Owned Small Business set-aside with a 100% small business requirement and a brand name justification restricting competition to Eaton Corporation as the sole OEM source; the Government certifies that non-OEM parts would create form, fit, and function incompatibility with the existing Shore Power Switchboard No. 1 onboard a naval vessel and risk system failure.

Delivery is required by October 1, 2026 FOB Destination to Military Sealift Command BATS at 9284 Balboa Avenue, San Diego, California. The NAICS code is 335313, Switchgear and Switchboard Apparatus Manufacturing; PSC is 5925, Circuit Breakers. Offerors must supply SAM registration documentation and genuine OEM parts with manufacturer traceability and warranties. The firm fixed-price contract will be awarded to a single offeror approximately two weeks following the solicitation closing date, with an anticipated award date of July 2026. Evaluation criteria—technical capability including delivery date, past performance, and price—are listed in no relative order of importance. The solicitation incorporates FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5, along with DFARS provisions including Item Unique Identification (252.211-7003) and Wide Area WorkFlow payment instructions (252.232-7006); invoices must be submitted via WAWF.
