Offerors may submit clarification questions via email to ashley.a.rollin.civ@us.navy.mil no later than one day before the solicitation closing date of March 11, 2026, and all quotes must be submitted in Microsoft Word, Excel, or Adobe PDF format with specification sheets demonstrating capability to meet all requirements.
This procurement is designated as a total small business set-aside under NAICS Code 333248 (All Other Industrial Machinery Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 750 employees. The solicitation involves seven line items totaling 31 units across all product categories, with delivery anticipated on or before March 16, 2026, and one partial delivery due by September 30, 2026. The place of performance is Bremerton, Washington, with inspection and acceptance occurring at the destination site. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award.
