About this opportunity

Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division seeks to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements for miscellaneous electrical and electronic components (PSC/FSC Code 5999, NAICS 335999) at competitive prices, with a proposal due date of November 11, 2028. This is a Total Small Business set-aside, and BPA calls will not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold, with competition occurring at the call level.

Place of performance is Indian Head, Maryland. Vendors must submit a cover sheet with official company name, CAGE code, and point of contact; documentation of capabilities and expertise; and a price list if applicable. Offerors must provide a minimum of three past performance references, each including the business name, address, contract or order number, award amount, point of contact, phone number, and description of the item supplied.

BPA awards will be based on positive past performance, evaluated across five criteria: Customer Satisfaction, Timeliness, Technical Success, Program Management, and Quality. The government reserves the right to use additional references if available. Vendors deemed to have technical and past performance merit will receive a Master BPA enabling them to bid on future requirements. Offerors must maintain an active account in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) for invoicing and receiving reports, or use credit card payment, and must have an active System for Award Management (SAM) account. Vendors holding GSA contracts should note their GSA contract number in responses. Price lists and catalog prices may support direct awards under the ten-thousand-dollar threshold.
