The USDA Forest Service Region 5–Pacific Southwest Region is issuing a competitive BPA Call Order for Bowtie Timber Sales Prep Services at Shasta-Trinity National Forest, with responses due June 30, 2026; this procurement is restricted to the 45 businesses currently approved as call-order holders under the Land Management Integrated Resources (LMIR) BPA. The call order exceeds the $25,000 simplified acquisition threshold and will be awarded competitively among eligible LMIR contractors. The LMIR is a national, multiple-award schedule BPA available to all federal agencies and covers Professional Services, Natural Resources Restoration, Engineering, Project Management, NEPA, Communications, and related work across all Forest Service locations. This notice constitutes a synopsis of intent to award under simplified acquisition procedures (FAR Subpart 413.3); it is not a request for proposals and does not solicit submissions from the general market. The contracting office will issue the call-order RFQ and any amendments via email directly to the 45 approved BPA contractors; interested parties not currently on the LMIR roster may pursue future opportunities through the continuous solicitation process (SAM.gov Solicitation 12363N23Q4023) or contact the LMIR presolicitation point of contact to request consideration for BPA addition.

BPA Call Order Exceeding $25,000 Synopsis Requisition 1171120. 

The USDA Forest Service Land Management is issuing this synopsis/solicitation notice as a means of complying with the USAD's policy in the Contracting Desk Book, SUBPART 413.3- SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION METHODS, 413.303 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). The USDA FS intends on awarding a competitive BPA Call Order against LMIR BPA for 127EAT26Q0067- Bowtie Timber Sales Prep Services, Shasta-Trinity National Forest.  

The Land Management Integrated Resources BPA (LMIR) is a National BPA that consist of a large variety of work including Professional Services, Natural Resources Restoration, Engineering, Project Management, NEPA, Communications, and more. The BPA can be utilized on all Forests and Grasslands and is available for all federal agencies to utilize. 
This is not a solicitation. This synopsis notification of intent to award a BPA Call order does not constitute a request for proposals or submission of any information in response to this notification. 

This procurement is restricted to those approved companies eligible for call orders under the Land Management Integrated Resources BPA (LMIR) for USFS. There are currently 45 businesses that will receive this solicitation. The Call Order shall be issued via email to those companies listed on the BPA. Any changes to the Call Order RFQ shall also be emailed to those companies listed on the BPA.

This requirement will be competitively awarded as a BPA Call Order against the aforementioned multiple award schedule BPAs continuously solicited on the Government Point of Entry (GPE) at: SAM.gov. The government will not provide feedback or evaluations to companies regarding their submissions in response to this notice, however, the LMIR BPA is an open continuous BPA that allows us to accept responses for the life of the BPA. Search "Contracts" on sam.gov using solicitation number "12363N23Q4023". The LMIR BPA has a continuous pre­solicitation sharing so that contractors may submit a proposal to join the BPA at any point in time by reaching out to the POC on Solicitation 12363N23Q4023.
