Added: Jul 24, 2017 2:05 pm The Solicitation, W912DR-17-Q-0012 will be 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 312112. The small business size standard is 1,000 employees. The project has an anticipated performance period is for the base year and four options year.

Interested parties must register in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a contract. To register you will need your DUNS number. . Instructions for registering are on the website at  https://www.sam.gov/portal /public/SAM.

Contractor shall be required to perform all work described in the Scope of Work Statement (SOW) for various residents who are actively participating in the off-post study ordered by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The study will take place near Fort George G. Meade U.S. Army installation. The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the Project.
The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about July 24, 2017, to all authenticated account holders at Federal Business Opportunities - FEDBIZOPPS - https://www.fbo.gov. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in the FBO system to access package.
