About this opportunity
The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) of the Department of Transportation has issued a Special Notice for online subscriptions to Bloomberg Government's Congressional and Highway Transportation News and Policy Reporting Services. FHWA has used Bloomberg Government's services for the past five years to ensure its leadership, decision makers, and policy makers stay informed of relevant and timely legislative and transportation news critical to FHWA's mission.
The purpose of this Special Notice is to solicit from a single source, Bloomberg Government, to continue providing these subscription services. FHWA has determined that Bloomberg Government is the premier provider of this information and that there are no other subscription services that will meet its needs. The intent of this notice is not to request competitive proposals, but interested parties may submit a description of their capabilities to perform this effort. The deadline for submitting this information is July 20, 2024. FHWA will use the submitted information solely to determine whether a competitive procurement should be conducted.
