The period of performance spans five years, from February 17, 2025 through February 16, 2030, consisting of five one-year ordering periods. The place of performance is Adjuntas, Puerto Rico, and the contract will require pricing for six specific line items including preliminary title commitments, additional parcel searches, updated title commitments, final title policies, closing services, and recording fees. Contractors must provide liability insurance equal to the federal funds amount and be capable of processing IRS Form 1099 reporting.
