Update #2 · Latest ·
The National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to solicit a simplified acquisition, on a sole source basis for the Blackmesh Cloud Hosting services.
Blackmesh currently hosts the nano.gov website, offers complete Drupal support and updates to NNCO's custom code, FedRamp Certified, and offers the option to request additional services, including emergency module updating, installation, and troubleshooting and back-end changes.
These services will allow NNCO to migrate all of its remaining IT and network functions from NSF servers to a Cloud Service Provider.
The anticipated period of performance is October 1, 2017 - September 30, 2018. Blackmesh, Inc. is the only source for the required services.
The proposed contract action is for cloud hosting services, for which the Government intends to sponsor with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This synopsis is for informational purposes only.
