This is a Sources Sought notice Only. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. This Sources Sought is issued for information and planning purposes only as part of USDA ARS market research and does not itself constitute an RFQ.
Background
The Heck Lab, located in Ithaca, NY on the Cornell campus, needs to purchase peptides to use with citrus greening research. These synthesized peptides are critical in the progression of research for the lab and we have used them in smaller scale in the past with good results. As the research is expanding, we need larger quantities of these peptides to continue our progress.
Requirements
Because it is critically important that the peptides are of exact configurations, we require the following:
Gross weight: 3g or more
Purity: >98%
N-Terminus: Acetylation
C-Terminus: Amidation
TFA Removal: Switch to Acetate salt, with TFA <1% guarantee
Solubility Test: 1.0mg peptide soluble in 0.5ml DMSO P201019-SJ803531
Schedule of Line Items:
