About this opportunity
This solicitation seeks proposals for district project coordinator contract support services to assist the Federal Aviation Administration's New York District in implementing projects funded by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. Offerors must propose fully burdened labor rates for one district project coordinator position to support a base year of performance from July 2023 to July 2024, as well as four optional one-year extensions. Proposals will be evaluated based on price and past performance, with award expected to occur on or around August 26, 2023. Questions about the solicitation are due by July 12, 2023, which is also the closing date for proposals.
This requirement is set aside for small businesses. The place of performance will be New York, NY. The district project coordinator will support operational and project coordination activities for approximately five years' time, assuming all option years are exercised. Pricing must be provided for 1980 hours per labor category per contract line item number.

In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements, the FAA has a requirement for a District Project Coordinator (Professional Services) to support the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) projects coordination at the New York District. Please review all attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting an offer.
This requirement is set-aside for all vendors listed for the New York District under the FAA Qualified Vendors List (QVL) for District Project Coordination and Engineer Project Oversight Contract Support for the Air Traffic Organization (ATO).

In order to be considered Offerors must have an active registration in www.SAM.gov and offers must include all of the required documents outline in Section L of the solicitation.
