About this opportunity

The Federal Aviation Administration seeks a contractor to provide district project coordinator support services to assist with implementation of Bipartisan Infrastructure Law projects in the Miami District. The selected contractor must provide a full-time district project coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between the FAA district office and local airport authorities. The coordinator will help communicate and coordinate projects, participate in stakeholder meetings, analyze data to identify coordination needs, and submit monthly progress reports. Proposals are due by August 9, 2023 and the award is set aside for small businesses on the FAA's Qualified Vendors List.

This requirement is set aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 541611 and PSC code R425. The period of performance will be from August 2023 to August 2028. Proposed pricing must be fully burdened hourly rates for 1980 hours per year to support a base year and four option years. The place of performance is Miami, Florida.

In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements, the FAA has a requirement for a District Project Coordinator (Professional Services) to support the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) projects coordination at the Miami District. Please review all attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting an offer.

This requirement is set-aside for all vendors listed for the Miami District under the FAA Qualified Vendors List BIL Funded - District Project Coordinator Contract Support and Engineer Project Oversight Contract Support for the Air Traffic Organization (ATO).
