This is a request for proposal (RFP) for interested offerors who can provide technical assistance services for USAID Philippines' Better Access and Connectivity (BEACON) Project. This activity’s primary goal is to promote better access and connectivity in the Philippines by (a) improving the quality of its Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and logistics infrastructure; (b) improving the enabling environment and regulatory governance for ICT and logistics investment; and (c) strengthening cybersecurity protections. The major results that the Project will achieve are found in the SOO (see Attachment J.1). Subject to availability of funds, USAID anticipates that this activity or activities will be implemented within a cost range of $30-$35 million over a period of five (5) years.
This RFP Amendment 1 intends to provide responses to questions to the RFP and revise specific sections in the RFP impacted by the responses.
