The avionics configuration must match the customer aircraft, potentially including GTN-series navigation systems, primary flight displays, and radios. The flight model must simulate the 412 EPX performance envelope across hover, transition, climb, cruise, descent, approach, and landing, including single-engine and degraded profiles validated against manufacturer data.

The visual system requires a minimum 200 x 70 field of view with real-time terrain and weather rendering for day/night/dusk conditions and degraded visual environments. The geo-specific database must include Guatemalan jungles, mountains, coastal areas, airfields, and known trafficking corridors suitable for low-level operations. Training mission sets include border security, aerial surveillance, trafficking interdiction, CASEVAC, IFR/PBN operations, and high-risk profiles.

Installation and commissioning occur at Comando Aereo Central "La Aurora" in Guatemala with minimal facility modifications. The contract includes six months of post-delivery support, operator and instructor training, comprehensive documentation, and design provisions for future enhancements including avionics updates, expanded visual databases, SAR/firefighting/HEMS modules, and potential NVIS/VR/MR/AR integration.

Responses limited to ten 8.5 x 11-inch pages in bullet format must address rough order of magnitude costs and schedules, design concepts, production capabilities, timeframes to delivery, FTD footprint, weight, standard power requirements (110/220V), and HVAC needs. Submit to Rosa Rivera (rosa.rivera53.civ@army.mil) and Daniel Fletcher (Daniel.j.fletcher31.civ@army.mil). NAICS 333310, PSC 6910; small business size standard 1,000 employees.
