Belgium Wage Survey

Added: Dec 03, 2015 8:32 am This is a Request for Information regarding a wage survey for Local National Employees in Belgium.

In 1996, the BMoD restructured its pay and grading system to the point where no linkage points existed between the US Forces and the BMoD pay systems on which to base annual increases to wages and benefits. DoDI 1416.8-M requires that US Forces either mirror Host Nation Civil Service pay systems or prevailing pay practices in the Host Country's private sector.

The purpose of this RFI is to determine the number of companies available with current data for the past 10 years in Belgium, that are capable of planning, programming, administering, managing, and executing a wage survey to obtain Belgian national pay data within specified ranks and survey jobs to identify remuneration developments on the Belgian economy.

Responses to this notice should include answers to the following questions:
1) Does your organization have access to over 10 years of wage data in Belgium? 2) Is your organization capable of performing these services in Belgium?
3) What is the estimated period of performance required by your organization to execute a survey similar in nature to the one described above?
4) Is your organization classified as a small or otherwise disadvantaged organization?
