About this opportunity
The USDA Forest Service issued a Special Notice on July 15, 2026, announcing a call for quotes under the existing Land Management Integrated Resources (LMIR) Blanket Purchase Agreement 12363N23Q4023 for Beech Pre-Commercial Thinning services at the Blue Mountain Ranger District of the Malheur National Forest, with quotes due July 29, 2026. This opportunity is restricted to current LMIR BPA holders only; only small businesses that were awarded the underlying national BPA through competitive selection are eligible to submit proposals. The LMIR BPA encompasses a broad scope of land management services including professional services, natural resources restoration, engineering, project management, NEPA compliance, and communications, and is available for use across all National Forests and Grasslands by any federal agency. This call represents a specific task order against that standing agreement rather than a new BPA award.
