About this opportunity

The Department of the Army Materiel Command Contracting Command Picatinny Arsenal seeks to design, develop, manufacture, inspect, test, package, and deliver Battlefield Effects Simulators (BES) and their inert replicas. The BES include the White Star, LA44 (USMC); Simulator, Projectile Airburst, Explosive: XM181 / LA45; Airburst, LA45; Simulator, Hostile Fire, LA46 (USMC); Simulator, Launching, Antitank Guided Missile and Rocket, XM182 / LA47; Stinger, LA47; Simulator, Target Hit, White Star, M35 / LA53; Hostile Fire, M34 / LA54; Target Kill, Black Smoke, XM175 / LA71; Simulator, Smoke Effects, Chemical Agent, XM189 / LA96. Offerors must meet all requirements specified in the attached RFP. Proposals are due no later than March 8, 2024.
