About this opportunity
The National Park Service intends to award a firm-fixed price construction contract to rehabilitate Housing Quarters #32 at Badlands National Park. Work includes gutting and reconstructing the interior and exterior, as well as flooring, framing, finishes, doors, fixtures, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and fire sprinklers. The period of performance is 115 days, with work hours from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. The solicitation will be issued on or about June 8, 2021 with responses due approximately 30 days later and bid opening tentatively scheduled for July 7, 2021.
This procurement is set aside 100% for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. The estimated value is between $250,000 to $500,000. The pre-solicitation notice states that all documents will be posted to Beta.Sam.gov which is converting to Sam.gov on May 24, 2021.
