About this opportunity

The New Hampshire National Guard is seeking potential sources for a renovation project at an Air National Guard facility, focusing on comprehensive interior construction work. The agency aims to identify qualified businesses capable of executing a detailed renovation scope, which includes installing 9,000 sqft of drywall, 22,000 sqft of ceiling tiles, 8,500 sqft of carpet, approximately 12,000 sqft of insulation, and providing 2,000 linear feet of cove base with painting. Interested contractors must submit a response by February 3, 2025, at 4:00 PM Eastern Time via email to specified military contacts. The evaluation will consider the organization's size status, socio-economic category, past project history, available resources, key personnel, and bonding capacity. Submissions are limited to ten single-sided pages and must include detailed project experience from both government and private sector contracts.

The opportunity is classified under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236210 for Industrial Building Construction, with a small business size standard of $45.0 million. There is no specific set-aside designation for this pre-solicitation notice, indicating potential open competition. The project follows a separate demolition and mold removal contract and involves reinstallation of standard facility infrastructure. Contractors must provide a letter from their surety detailing maximum bonding capacity and specify whether they would serve as a prime or subcontractor. While no specific award value is mentioned, the comprehensive nature of the renovation work suggests a substantial project scope that will require significant construction expertise and resources.
