About this opportunity
The New Hampshire Air National Guard is seeking potential sources for a comprehensive renovation project at 302 Newmarket St in Newington, NH. The project involves substantial interior renovation work, including installation of 9,000 sqft of drywall, 22,000 sqft of ceiling tiles, 8,500 sqft of carpet, approximately 12,000 sqft of insulation, 2,000 linear feet of cove base, painting, and reinstallation of standard facility infrastructure. This pre-solicitation notice is designed to identify qualified business concerns capable of performing the described requirements under NAICS code 236210 for Industrial Building Construction, with a small business size standard of $45.0M. Interested firms must submit a detailed response via email by 4:00 PM Eastern Time on February 3, 2025, to matthew.r.lapointe.civ@army.mil and william.j.cole68.mil@army.mil. The submission must include the organization's size status, socio-economic category, a three-year project history, resource and personnel details, and a letter demonstrating maximum bonding capacity.
The pre-solicitation notice indicates no specific set-aside for this contract opportunity, meaning it is open to all qualifying businesses. Respondents must limit their submissions to ten single-sided pages and include comprehensive project information such as contract numbers, dollar values, project types, and points of contact. While no specific budget range is mentioned, the detailed renovation scope suggests a potentially significant project value. The renovation will occur after a separate demolition and mold removal contract, indicating this is part of a phased facility improvement process. Contractors will be evaluated based on their demonstrated capabilities, past performance, bonding capacity, and ability to execute the complex renovation requirements at the New Hampshire National Guard facility.
