About this opportunity
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Precision Strike Weapons Program Office (PMA-201) has awarded a Cost Plus Fixed Fee and Firm-Fixed Price Delivery Order N0001925F0948 to Raytheon Company on a sole source basis under Basic Ordering Agreement N0001925G0009 for Harpoon Service Life Extension Program (SLEP) seeker repairs, test equipment low-value spares, and lay-in spares. The awarded contract value is $13,729,000, with a five-year ordering period valid through August 31, 2030. The sole source justification is based on Raytheon's status as the design authority for the Harpoon Weapon System SLEP Seeker and its exclusive control of the technical data package, making it the only company capable of executing these requirements. The contract was awarded on September 29, 2025, and addresses critical supply chain needs by mitigating test system failures and reducing repair timelines through strategic spare parts positioning.
