About this opportunity

The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command is seeking to procure 4 units of an AUX Display IO Box under NSN 7H-5999-016926974, classified as miscellaneous electrical and electronic components. This pre-solicitation notice indicates the Government intends to conduct a sole source procurement under FAR 6.302-1 authority, as they do not own the technical data package or rights necessary to enable competitive procurement from additional sources. Interested parties have until July 9, 2025 to respond and must include their CAGE code with any solicitation requests. The procurement will be conducted under delivery terms FOB Origin, and the Government is not utilizing commercial item acquisition procedures under FAR Part 12 based on their market research.

This procurement does not utilize any set-aside designations and is open to all responsible sources who may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. The contract calls for a quantity of 4 units with no specific award value or budget range disclosed in the notice. No incumbent contractor or current service provider is identified in the documentation. The technical data package is referenced as version 001 with reference number N168570-1, and interested parties have approximately 19 months from the November 15, 2023 posting date to submit capability statements or expressions of interest. The Government retains sole discretion in determining whether to proceed with competitive procurement based on responses received to this notice.
