About this opportunity
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City (NSWC PC), under the Department of the Navy Naval Sea Systems Command, awarded a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirements contract to Andantech Professional Corporation (APC) for the development of large-scale circuit designs for an Autonomous Vision Sensor (AVS) system. The contract, numbered N6133125D0007 and awarded on July 29, 2025, covers the development of specialized image-sensor, memory, and computation-logic components for a high-throughput, low-power, low-bandwidth vision sensor with reconfigurable analog processing logic. This represents a first-time contract acquisition for these highly specialized AVS system services, which justifies the limited/sole source procurement approach due to the unique and specialized nature of the technology requirements. The contract award amount was not disclosed in the public notice, and the IDIQ structure allows for multiple task orders to be issued over the five-year performance period. The procurement falls under research and development services for national defense experimental development, specifically targeting advanced autonomous vision sensor capabilities for military applications.
